went here for my 17th birthday my mom got the room (the family suite) on book now pay later got a email from the place saying our room was secure, we got there and we live in fresno about 2 and a half hours away but they said our room was never booked they said we can get the room we wanted for one night had to pay like 500$ for that night but also had to pay for 2 other rooms for the next 2 nights we were going to be there it was my birthday so my mom got the one night but realized she would be paying a lot so asked for her money back (the lady at the front was super respectful and helpful) she had called the owner and he proceeded to say there was nothing he can do and we can't get our money back and to go somewhere else because he didn't have time and hung up on my mom. may have just been my experience and may have caught the owner on a bad day who knows 🫤🤷🏽♀️

Don’t book the room with a sun room with the ocean view it stinkkkks the lobby restroom is in the closet inside so the rooms smells like sewer couldn’t even go complain cause they closed lobby like at 8
