Very interesting But the over speed violation How do you detect that in Nigeria?are you using a speed shooting device hand manual rader? Does the over speed base on the engine capacity of the vehicles ? Like driving V8 jeep Toyota land cruiser capacity engine that is moving at 50kmh And a Toyota corolla driving at same 50kmh Can this two vehicles be compared in times of speed limit?

Road safety can never bill you 2 or 3 thousand for any offence on the road, their bills are usually 10, 15k and above.... ESPECIALLY THOSE CRIMINALS AT ONITCHA HEAD BRIDGE.
