@nino.america: At approximately 3 a.m. Friday, October 9, a 36-year-old woman named Anna Ulibarri contacted the front desk of a Clovis, New Mexico, hotel and asked for security. By that afternoon, Anna had been found deceased in a field outside the city. Investigators say Anna and her husband, 39-year-old Jon Quezada of Plainview, Texas, had been staying at the hotel Thursday night. According to authorities, Quezada later confronted Anna in the hotel lobby, threatened her, and ordered her outside. Investigators allege he then assaulted her in the parking lot and forced her into a vehicle. At approximately 4 p.m. Friday, Quezada contacted authorities and reported finding his wife deceased in a field near Curry Road 8 and Curry Road U. Deputies responded and discovered Anna’s body. Quezada was subsequently arrested and charged with murder, kidnapping, tampering with evidence, and unlawful possession of a firearm. Those charges remain allegations, not convictions. Anna was just 36 years old. One of the most important details in this investigation is that Anna reportedly sought help at the hotel hours before she was found. Her death deserves a thorough investigation, and her family deserves answers. #AnnaUlibarri #ClovisNewMexico #VictimAwareness
