A week of learning to be on my own again. 🤍 I know I haven’t been posting much lately. It’s been a really difficult week, and if I’m being honest, I’ve found it hard to navigate everything. I’ve spent time with friends and family, which I’m so grateful for, but I think I also needed to take a step back, spend some time by myself and actually sit with everything I’ve been feeling, rather than constantly trying to distract myself from it. It feels so performative to film these little clips of myself during a time like this, especially the moments where I’m feeling emotional or vulnerable. But I think there’s something important about documenting the lows just as much as the highs. Not because I want to capture myself being sad, but because I want to remember that these moments are part of life too. That even when things feel difficult, life keeps moving, and so do we. If you’re going through something similar, I hope you know you’re not alone. I know I won’t feel like this forever, and I genuinely believe that things get better, even when it’s difficult to see that in the moment. I also want to say thank you to everyone who has reached out, checked in on me and shown me so much kindness over the past week. I’ve felt so much love and support, and even if I haven’t had the energy to reply to everyone, please know that I appreciate it more than you realise. 🤍 For now, I’m just taking things one day at a time. 🤍
