When elephants are free to simply be elephants, we get to discover so many wonderful behaviors that reveal just how intelligent they truly are. 🐘🤎 Take Tang Mo, for example. Today, while enjoying some treats with her family, she showed us her own clever way of making the most of her favorite snack. Instead of staying with the rest of the herd, Tang Mo decided to pick up her cornstalks and walk away to find a quiet spot where she could enjoy every bite in peace, without having to share! 😆 Elephants are highly intelligent animals with remarkable memories. They can learn from experience, adapt to different situations, and find their own ways of dealing with the world around them. Just like us, every elephant has a unique personality, individual preferences, and their own way of expressing themselves. For Tang Mo, sneaking off with her treat was simply her way of making sure she could keep it all to herself! And this is one of the most beautiful parts of allowing elephants to simply be elephants.
