I've seen the tic tac here in Western NC. It made no noise and just cruised on by like it was supposed to be there. I was staring at it and a guy passed by me amd said theres no telling what you'll see around here as he grinned like I was an idiot staring into the sky. Many others saw it too. It was broad daylight and in the afternoon. I wasn't sure what it was but I do think its our government. We have secret bases here in the mountains and have known about them for years.
