Just honestly have person to person friend conversations directly with them. Not work conversations personal conversations who you are & who they are outside of work. If you already know them on that level then say I like you & want to know you more. Guys can be kinda simple. You could even say you'd like to date him if that's the case. Sometimes simple compliments go right over a guy's head as flirting.
