There’s a book I read about the future where AI was making and delivering everything. It seemed like a very dismal future where people had credits to spend instead of money. And there was one part where there were these factories that were still making stuff, but none of it was being delivered to people. They weren’t getting orders anymore but the AI figures out how to basically place orders for its products. It would send other orders to factories selling parts and raw materials. There were no jobs. Not even real animals in the zoo in this book. I forget the entire plot l. Just that it was all very depressing.
