A fellow coeliac told me today that a doctor told her not to have Coca Cola because of something in it that isn’t good for coeliacs but Coke Zero was fine ? I’m soooo baffled how this could be lol.

the joy i felt as a Norwegian and recently diagnosed celiac when i discovered that smash, my favorite treat, was gluten free. bought them today to chop up and put on lactose free vanilla ice cream

Yes, I love Smash too! But I also. Love Finnish brand Brunberg Tauko Riisisuklaa (=rice chocolate) and especially Kookosriisisuklaam(=coconut rice chocolate). And also their Toffeepalat, Vadelmatryffeli, Moccatryffeli and Tryffeli (blue wrap one, that is not chocolate but itvs so good). But that coconut one is my go to, but ofc you have to like coconut to like it. Unfortunately, even though you can change the online store's language to English, they only deliver orders to mainland Finland and other EU countries. However, if you would like to order Brunberg products to England, you can use third-party online stores that deliver Finnish groceries abroad (for example, Scandinavian Goods).

my favourite treat to make is schar gf pretzels pop a rolo ontop melt in the oven for 3 mins then top with pretzel...these pretzels are so much nicer than normal ones 😄 🤩👌😍

I've had them before, a year or so ago was the last time from lidl, this was before I found out I was Coeliac ( only this week found out) so yeah keep a eye in lidl down the middle of lidl 🤗
