Setelah libur Seollal, aku baru kembali lagi nih beraktifitas di dapur sendiri seperti biasa ♡ Untuk menghabiskan sisa mandu yg dibuat sebelumnya, aku mau masak 만두 떡국 Mandu Tteok-Gug atau Sup Mandu dan Tteok. Ini adalah salah satu menu makanan yg dinikmati di hari raya Seollal (Lunar New Year/Imlek). bahan: -Mandu (yg di video adalah stok frozen mandu yg aku buat sendiri tapi bisa beli jadi juga) -tteok (cari yg potongan khusus untuk gug: sup yaitu lempengan bukan yg seperti untuk tteokpokki) -daging sapi (boleh skip. direbus dulu sampai empuk, tiriskan, dan siap untuk ditumis) -daun bawang bumbu tumisan daging: 1½ sdm minyak wijen 1 sdm fish sauce/kecap ikan bumbu marinasi tteok: 2 sdm kecap asin 1 sdm minyak wijen kuah: -500ml kaldu tulang sapi (bisa pakai kaldu jenis lain, tapi yg paling umum sapi atau anchovies) -700ml air -silakan koreksi rasa sebelum mengakhiri proses masak. -silakan tambahkan msg biar semakin gurih. #nAJoonfamily
