all these houses on the sandbar and no breaker jettys or anything but the money is obviously there to be putting breaker levys in. beaches would be like a Newport beach set up in Cali if they did. would also creat habitat living areas and waves many shoreline fish would need. but most of all they would redirect the water and help keep the sandbar growing and give more time to load more ground to stand against storms and lose properties less.
