after im done using my large herb or garlic/onion shaker bottles I like to repurpose them for mixtures like this. Great for 1:1 salt+sugar for the sashimi or ill make a shaker of shawarma seasoning to cut down on future prep time ☺️I love the tray with its own wire rack
