@artist.marian.hayes: InkTober 2026 Day 12: Toss Instead of a standard ball or coin, I did a whimsy magical realism piece with a character tossing crumpled paper into the lake, and they turn into shiny schools of fish. This is how creativity can often be. It can feel like you’re letting something go, but also like you’re bringing in new life. It’s also how selling art feels cuz you’ve spent so much time on a piece, but then have to let someone else have it, but you’re also sharing it with someone else instead of keeping it to yourself. Comment: When you create, do you feel like you’re letting something go or giving something new life? #inktober2026toss #magicalrealismillustration #dreamscape #transformationart #markerillustration
