Classic Homemade Toast Bread RecipeIngredients: 500g bread flour, 300g warm milk, 50g sugar, 7g instant yeast, 5g salt, 40g butter, 1 egg, extra butter for brushing.Instructions: Mix bread flour, warm milk, sugar, yeast, egg and salt in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Add softened butter and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size. Gently press out the air, shape the dough into a loaf, and place it into a greased toast bread pan. Let it rise again until the dough reaches the top of the pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30–35 minutes until the surface becomes golden brown. Brush the freshly baked toast with butter and let it cool before slicing. Serve the homemade toast with butter, jam, honey, cheese, eggs, vegetables, or homemade sauces.
