My brother was dropping me off at 3am for a road trip. He told me on his way back at a green light (his side is green). The police also crashed into him. Like MPD need to slow down. They be passing red lights and driving crazy around other vehicles.

I’ve seen many post talking about how fast the kids were going and they ran a red light. So that would definitely put the kids at fault. And 6 people they did not have seat belts for everyone. So again they were breaking the law. And I’d bet none were wearing seatbelts. Officiers were on a call where someone was shot.

I assume the MPD’s lights and siren were on. If not that would be a major problem. If lights and siren was on that would be a strong defense for the officers.
