Pretty much everyone in US or the world should start looking for a new job! We loved our restate agent who continues to keep in touch as we do and probably not another house as we r in our 70’s

Facts …. The process would be more seamless and less costly if AI replaced realtors and mortgage loan officers and I say that as a retired mortgage loan officer.

The only problem with this is that it will not lower the price of homes imo, but will lower employment numbers and household income.....its like say AI is a great idea for employees....Nope

Ai is artificial intelligence, it is not everything. I remember listening to the hype in the late 70’s and early 80’s about computers moving us to a paperless society. Computer systems have been great for generating mountains more paper. I do not know what the unintended consequences of ai are going to be, I expect they will be extreme. But expensive in real estate comes from missing something important, we are not done with real estate agents quite yet. Remember that no money down real estate run. Seemed like a no fail system at the time eh Drayson? Take care
