Ceara Ivory :

If Carol can babysit, Carol can work.

Steve_O88 :

and that's how you destroy power hungry managers

🌸✨ Reagan 🦋💜 :

This is like my boss like I would be like if you have me off then I am off but no she wanted me to work 3-6 central and I just said I have a doctor appointment cause I wasn’t coming in after getting told I was off. Also she loves to ask me ti come in early and then the next day have me come in later then I was originally supposed to be and when I ask to be full time all I get is that she will schedule me in. Like what is that supposed to mean and then she doesn’t. Also I work at a daycare

deathnote_41887 :

my manager fired me after my daughter was airlifted to labonor and she was fired instead and I never went back. I started to sue them but came to an agreement outside of the court

Why isn't Carol covering the employee with the sick child's shift? If she's able to babysit, she's able to provide coverage
