We had the same experience in Dubai. $ fell out of pocket while crossing the street. A gentle came running behind us to return it. When you try to tip them, they say no thank you! They are doing this act for the sake of Allah because that’s what Islam teaches. Honestly is one of the most valuable act in every religion!
