@beautiesoftheocean: the cameraman found an amazing shell and the mermaid girl was impressed even though it was small . . . . . Swimming over with something cupped carefully in his palm, the cameraman held out a shell no bigger than a fingernail and waited for her reaction. The mermaid girl leaned in close, squinting through her mask at the tiny spiral, which glowed with delicate bands of pearly pink and cream. She turned it gently under the light, amazed at how perfect every ridge looked on something so small. He grinned behind his regulator, clearly proud of his find. She gave him an enthusiastic thumbs up and tapped her mask to say how much she loved it. Small treasures like this are easy to swim right past, and it takes a patient eye to spot them. They admired it together for another moment before he set it back on the sand where it belonged. Sometimes the tiniest finds are the most impressive.
