@moldbrothers: Did you know you can make a jelly tartelette using Pie Tee Stamps? About six weeks ago, we shared a video with @vorobyalvarosalazar in which they used one of our Pie Tee Stamps to create a jelly tartelette. Since then, the idea has taken off, and we’ve seen different versions popping up all over Instagram. @Thomas Pedevilla decided to make his own version using beef consommé to create the jelly shell. He filled it with puffed quinoa, fresh leek mayonnaise, beef tartare, and crispy fried leek. Want to try it yourself?
