@browneyedgurl801: Finally, someone who understands their target market. 😂🍪 Danielle Lei, from San Francisco, came up with a particularly clever location for her Girl Scout cookie stand. Instead of setting up outside a supermarket or going door to door, she and her mother, Carol, headed straight to The Green Cross, a medical marijuana dispensary. And business was booming. With permission from the store, Danielle sold 117 boxes in just two hours. In fact, demand was so high that she reportedly had to call for more cookies after just 45 minutes. The dispensary was delighted with the arrangement and even shared posts celebrating Danielle's entrepreneurial instincts. Her mother explained that she saw it as an opportunity to teach her daughter about different communities and how businesses operate. Not everyone agreed with the choice of location. The Girl Scouts of Colorado publicly stated that their members weren't permitted to sell cookies outside marijuana dispensaries or bars. But Danielle's local Girl Scout organisation raised no objection, and the mother-daughter team planned to return for another round of sales. And considering the dispensary already sold a cannabis strain called Girl Scout Cookie, the whole arrangement had a certain marketing symmetry. Most Girl Scouts spend hours trying to convince people they're hungry for cookies. Danielle found 117 customers who probably didn't need convincing. 😂🍪
