HEYY gurlll okay first your hair looks fab but it isn’t a bouncy blowout so I’d recommend using a big blowout brush that is heavily bristled and create tension when rolling and blowing out the hair and do not add much hair moose but add heat protection hope this helps if not sorry

maybe try doing a blowout w a blow dryer and round brush instead of the curling iron, the irons barrel isn’t big enough to mimic a blowout

when you do the curls, make sure the hair is right out of the shower, 2. I usually use a blow dryer to first dry my roots and then go on the lengths, 3. I use the blow drying and a round brush to style it and directly put it up in velcro rollers for 2h minimum, 4h-6h is better for a stronger hold. SMALL SECTIONS THOUGH.

If you want a bouncy blowout you would probably need to do it with a round brush and a hair dryer and then also use rollers/pins but leave it in for about an hour or so
