I always get violently harmed and idk why. I've had reoccurring nightmares like that since I was in elementary school and it sucks 😭

I genuinely started getting this weird nightmare of just zooming out like in a game. I don't know how to explain, but it was terrifying. I started having hallucinations about it and at some point it hit me when I was watching a movie with my mom, let me tell you, I cried yelled and screamed in terror, clutching my mother's arm as if i was going to die. and to be honest, even if I closed my eyes, it was still there. til now, I fear that nightmare.

literally JUST had a dream where i was rushing to get somewhere with my kid and someone elses kid and hit a turn too fast and flipped in truck, i had a put in my stomach because apparently the other kid had sorta passed? i was pulling my baby out of his carseat, it was all just yucky and when i woke up i snuggled my baby and didn't go back

I see hallucinatioms mostly. And one time i saw that scary girl in the movie “the ring”. She looked like samara. She was js standing there looking at me. But im honestly used to this kind of so its okay.

I once dreamed that I stabbed my own throat with scossors becouse I was afraid that the protogy would fufill itself. In the dream I was supossed to skin myself alive and die. Im still traumatised
