Nooo! I was a landlord in cincy/northern. I sold my properties and gave my tenants options. I would have waited til spring and gave yall at least 3 months.

ALSO - relatable. I am moving November 15th. 7 months pregnant with a 9 month old that just had reconstructive surgery & a special needs child in grade school. Praying for you girl. Landlords suck. So do greedy people with no empathy.

don't know how far north you are willing to go but we live in a 3 bed 3 bath with an amazing landlord. it's a duplex but all yard work is taken care of. also has a huge backyard!
