They did that because the athlete is black, I would fight that. People take risk going to hockey games, baseball games... His parent's should have been sued for putting the athlete at risk.

this is wrong!!! that athlete shouldn't have to pay anything. it's the parent's fault that the kid ran on the track. and I still say that the kid was purposely trying to shoulder check the athlete.
