Bunk bed with the bottom bunk a floor bed that’s what iv done for my 9 year old and 1 year old although she’s not sleeping in there yet but she will be soon.

Take that entire wardrobe out, put bunk bed there or 2 single ottoman lift beds, and buy a new wardrobe - design one on Ikea website to put everything.
