There’s an entire parking lot behind the house or right next to the back of the house. I’m sure there were other people coming and going. I still can’t figure out why both of the Chapins kids cars are in the driveway. If the black SUV was the one parked behind Ethan’s red jeep, it would’ve been after he parked his truck. I would think even if they took the black SUV to the formal, why wouldn’t Ethan’s sister drop him off so she had the vehicle. As Ethan’s brother walked over and his sister had to get a ride. No one seems to have an idea about it. I follow all the real creators and not one has an answer.

I know my theory opinion don’t matter much but what if someone whoever got the DoorDash or whoever delivered the food what if she invited them in the house and they wasn’t so nice he attacked her downstairs. She ran upstairs to get away from him to get around some other people so he kills her first and then the other people heard it so he went ahead and killed them too.

that right there shows the car they say was speeding away was just the car coming in reversed. look at the lights when they pull in and back up, the watch the one they say was speeding away. they played the same car in reverse and thought we wouldn't catch it. From what i can recall and based off Dom's findings, that would be BK's car. He stops to chat with Britney and Mike waiting outside on him. She then advises him to make a U turn to come to 1122.. Britney deceived him to believe that they were going on a date. During this time his mom calls to ask of his whereabouts by which he explains he is fetching BF to do star gazing..not realizing its a set up...As they lure him into 1122, he discovers what took place and wants to flee but BF and Mike threatens him and then forces him to drive to an ATM to withdraw 2k from his account for their own needs... Dom's videos explains this entire scene... the *smurders* are done by this time but the main perps are still at the scene.. it dont add up . look at the time of the car going in and out of the neighborhood. and he was not going into a dark house and they were not all asleep . and i believe that there would be more noise too .
