It's not that hard. Get an axe. Learn spawn points like chimeras and Gilbert's. Chimera should never spawn your whole run I you're fast (he didn't for me). I killed Gilbert with a Tursk from Antonios quests, Mikhail shouldn't even be an issue if you have the Tursk or NS. It's not hard at all.
