@globalpulse15: Justice Mathopo dealt with the IEC case properly, it’s not built on any fact but emotion. Communities must be given a chance to vote for who they want.#trending #fyp #GLOBALPULSE
I like his frame of thought.
Brilliant argument brought here.

As if they care about the community, he is trying hard to make a case in ANC's favor

The law is "captured" if it it doesn't agree with you. That's the thought process of everyone. If the Anc loses, they'll say it. if the IEC loses, they'll say it.

Justice Mathopo must not take South Africans for fools, the issue is just that of the law… if you have an assignment for example and you upload the assignment but forget to submit said assignment….then you didn’t submit and therefore you will fail ….. whether it’s unfair to you because you’re going to fail is entirely your own fault…. It was the failure of the ANC to forget to submit their candidates where every other party managed to do so ….so justice Mathopo wants to give these people special treatment which is unfair to every other party including to voters who are going to vote for the other parties who want their own parties to win and are possibly going to win thanks only to the incompetence of the ANC ….so please justice Mathopo must not insult us!

Matopo's argument doesn't exist. SARS is using a similar system where you upload and submit. I paid a fine for being unable to submit due to high volume on the system two days before the closing date.

remember a few elections back that party by Zandile Mangwaza also had a similar situation and they were not added on the ballot paper and some could argue that it might gave been their downfall

The fact still remains that it is not only ANC at fault it is also other parties and individual candidates as well perhaps they don’t have enough capacity to challenge IEC. I am afraid if it is not part of law or regulation it wont pass scrutiny keep in mind on the system registration and capturing and money has been paid on time and the IEC has access to all this info on their side without issues submitted or not. Free and fair will be put to test indeed.

It is like failure to submit your online documentation to Sars. If you fail to do this, there are penalties. Besides, parties who have candidates that fail Society based on their perpetual corrupt practices and neglect should also be excluded????
