I love this story from Russia about a man who assaulted another man’s little girl and nobody called the police, there was community justice, her father killed him. AND THEN they called the police.. but the police just saw the dead man, learned about the situation and called it a ‘suicide’ and took the body away lmao.. I feel like that’s a typical story in eastern europe. My mom even told me a story from her youth in yugoslavia about a police officer in the area who did some bad things and got away with it but the community knew he was a POS and he ended up dead bc someone cut his brakes and he crashed in front of my moms family home lol
