Side dishes: fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, corn on the cob, onions, bell peppers, ranch sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce. Preparation: Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thick strips. Soak the potato strips in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then dry them completely. Mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder and onion powder to make the seasoning.
