Throw everything in a baking dish and let the oven do the work! Served mine with some BBQ chicken, and it was a MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN! 🤌🏼❤️ 🌽 Ingredients: 2 pounds frozen corn 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping 1 stick butter 1 cup heavy whipping cream 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp black pepper Fresh parsley for garnish 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pour frozen corn into a baking dish. Add smoked paprika, Tony’s seasoning, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and minced garlic. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese over the corn. Place 1 stick of butter on top and pour 1 cup of heavy cream over everything. Cover with foil and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes. Remove foil, stir everything together, and top with a little more Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Return to the oven uncovered for another 5 minutes.
