my effort was killed and layed to rest when i found out the new hires were making 2dollars extra because " they were experienced " whole time i was teaching them how to do shi now idgaf i leave early everyday don't care if I'm late everyday nothing i just come in and collect a paycheck

My former employer allowed this with no accountability. Half of the team left and the company was very screwed. Nothing ever went back the same after that. It just got worse and worse. Employees get recycled and I am working at another employer with my low effort coworker. I definitely freaked out at first, but here at our new employer accountability is a must. We also have designated roles and don't have to wait on each other which makes me feel so much relief 😮💨

The so called managers DO NOT care! Insubordination and laziness is rewarded these days. I quite quit years ago. I barely give the bare minimum any more. Been there, done that. I have nothing left to prove to anyone. I’m counting down my time for retirement 🙏🏽
