Thank you for this information! Do you have a favorite topical cream/ointment to seal the eczema and help prevent the skin from breaking? I can’t get my little one’s eczema patch to heal. It keeps drying up and then flaking open, this scratching and bleeding 😭 I don’t know how to repair this one section it’s so overwhelming
