@rio.vidrio: 2,400 acres adjacent to TSMC just broke ground in North Phoenix. This isn't another master plan. Halo Vista is a $7B development built for global manufacturing and technology infrastructure. Adjacent to Taiwan Semiconductor's Phoenix campus, not miles away. Advanced computing, next generation manufacturing, and supply chain at scale. Phase 1 industrial breaks ground Q2 2026. Costco and Marriott follow by year end. Carefree Highway expansion is already underway. 60% industrial, plus office, research, retail, and multifamily mixed use. 100+ years of secured water supply locked down first. Shovels are in the ground right now. This is the kind of development that reshapes surrounding home values for decades. I'm tracking every phase and what it means for buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. DM me directly and I'll send you the full breakdown within the hour.#tsmc #northphoenix #fyp #arizona
