I work in a warehouse, and they tried to enforce ppl to only speak English in and around the premises, same day the managers are talking Spanish to eachother 🤷🏼

My job forced us to pull our names out of a hat every Thursday which said where we have to sit and work for the whole day and i only did it once and after that just flat out refused as I wanted to sit by myself
