@true_limitless_light: I had some hate comments and usually would just block them. But last night I responded. Which just made it worse. Ended up blocking them after going back and forth and letting them spiral me. Feel way better now. Sometimes it’s hard to always have that discipline though to just remove them. Sometimes it’s easy to want to stoop down and crash out on them or argue. Don’t. It’s not worth it. Try to make that a new staple habit in your life. To just be so above the bs that you can block people and or cut people off and move on with your day as though nothing happened….rather than stooping down and crashing out on them only to be energy siphoned more. Whether they’re a troll, actual energy vampire, or hell even a dead internet theory bot being sent your way from miserable people of power and wealth…ignore them…block them…cut them off….and move on.
