Concourt quorum is 8 judges and full court is 11 judges and All have a reason to believe that the concurring judgment will be in favour of the ANC. Adv Terry Motau has said submitted a compelling argument in favour of the ANC.

We have stupid justices In south africa, but then these are ANC "president" appointees there is a huge conflict of interest here they shouldn't bend the rules for the anc who decided not to follow the law.

Normally internal systems complies with international standards ,they are not legislated or regulated ...there is no Act and its regulation that has a section on any internal system ,so internal systems cannot supecede the constitutional rights enacted ...When the legal words used is that button ,is submission similar to finish ,is the system "prescribed,regulated,legislated?...this case has nothing to do with the Apex court but to be dealt within the IEC ,it is their processes ...iyacika nje iANC with 181 because now it may effect the administration of IEC and democratic rights of the voters who have registered.IEC must perhaps propose a legislation of some sort, because the Stats won't balance (registered voters vs those who voted ...the implication will be incorrect data ...where registered voters are counted but limited to vote) ,IEC have good governance and if they win this case ,does mean that they won the election ...ANC nje🚮🚮

Remember, these matters operate in different contexts and cannot be treated as equivalent. A student submitting an assignment is fulfilling an academic obligation subject to the applicable institutional rules. However, the submission of candidates to the IEC concerns citizens’ participation in the democratic process and the exercise of their constitutional right to vote and contest elections.
While both processes may have submission deadlines and compliance requirements, their purposes, consequences and governing frameworks differ significantly in my view. One cannot simply draw a direct comparison between the two without considering these fundamental differences, particularly where democratic participation and constitutional rights are at stake.
