@dtcynthiadycus1984: 🚨 PROFESSOR ACCUSED OF URINATING IN STUDENTS’ WATER BOTTLES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS A former Minnesota college professor is facing a felony charge after investigators uncovered a disturbing string of alleged incidents inside a campus science building. Paul Jerome Fischer, 56, taught chemistry at Macalester College in St. Paul for approximately 25 years. He is now charged with first-degree damage to property after a student reported finding urine on her backpack and belongings. According to the criminal complaint, the student was studying outside Fischer’s office on December 5, 2025, when she stepped away for approximately six minutes. When she returned, her belongings had allegedly been soaked with urine. She reported roughly $2,070 in damage. Investigators later learned of six reported urination incidents inside the Olin-Rice Science Center between November 2024 and December 2025. Urine had allegedly been discovered in trash cans, people’s water bottles and decorations belonging to other professors. According to the complaint, Fischer admitted he had developed a habit of urinating into cups and dumping the contents into campus trash cans or laboratory sinks. He reportedly claimed the student’s backpack may have been splashed accidentally while he was emptying a cup near his office. Fischer’s employment ended during the 2025–26 academic year. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance on November 4. If convicted, Fischer could face up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The charge remains an allegation, and Fischer is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. #Minnesota #PaulFischer #MacalesterCollege #CrimeNews #FelonyCharge
