Sorry😭 but it was good. apple crumble, but make it breakfast 🤍 apple crumble yogurt bowl 🤍 makes 1 bowl Ingredients: * Greek yogurt Stewed apple: * 1 medium apple, peeled + diced * 1 tsp butter * 1 tsp honey * 1/2 tsp cinnamon * 1/2 tsp vanilla * splash of water, plus more as needed Pan crumble: * 2 tbsp plain flour * 4 tbsp rolled oats * 15g (about 2 tsp) butter * 1 tsp honey * 1/2 tsp cinnamon * pinch of salt Method: * add the apple, butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla + a splash of water to a small pan * start cooking over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally * keep adding small splashes of water as needed until the apples are soft but still holding a little texture * while the apples cook, add the flour, oats, cinnamon + salt to a bowl and rub in the butter until crumbly * tip the crumble mixture into a separate pan and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring regularly until golden and toasted * turn off the heat under the crumble, immediately add the honey and stir through * transfer the crumble to a plate, press it down and leave it untouched for a few minutes to crisp up * the apples + crumble should finish at around the same time so leave both to cool slightly * smooth Greek yogurt into a bowl * spoon over the warm cinnamon apples * break the crumble into little clusters and add generously over the top cold creamy yogurt, warm cinnamon apples + crunchy crumble in every spoonful 🤍 apple crumble yogurt bowl save this 🤍 #yogurtbowl #breakfastideas #asmrsounds #healthyrecipes #cleaneating
