It comes down to history and symbolism, not the Bible: European Art: Mainstream religious art was created in Europe, so artists painted God, Jesus, and angels to look like themselves.

Tell me you’ve never actually read the Bible or looked at history without telling me. 🤦♂️1️⃣ Jesus and Mary were not white: They were Middle Eastern, first-century Judean Jews. They had brown skin, dark hair, and Middle Eastern features. The only reason people picture them as white is because European artists painted them that way centuries later (just like Ethiopian, Chinese, and African cultures have historically painted Jesus to look like them to relate to Him). 2️⃣ God has no race: God the Father is a spirit ([John 4:24]). He doesn't have flesh, blood, or a skin color. 3️⃣ The devil is not black: The Bible describes Satan as a spiritual being, not a human with skin color. In fact, when the Bible describes his appearance, it says he disguises himself as an "angel of light" ([2 Corinthians 11:14]), not a figure of darkness. If you're going to criticize a religion, at least criticize what it actually teaches instead of fighting a European art history textbook! 📖💯

this is when crazy preachers took what they wanted and took it out of context to make their people do things thinking it was in the name of god and they were allowed to do what they wanted because crazy churches make crazy people and that goes for all religions . If your church wants you to hurt others ,that is not a good church at all . If they promise you 40 virgin wives to do the act for god is no different than a bunch of people in white hoods doing God's work and that is not God's work on either side of that fence .
