Whats crazy is how good Hill House is, bar was in the stratosphere, and Midnight Mass still beats it for me. It goes Midnight Mass, then Hill House, then House of Usher for my top Flanagan favorites.

as crazy as it sounds, this show got me through one of the hardest times of my life. I was a new mom and hurricane Michael came through and dropped a 100ft pine tree on my house while we were all inside. no one was hurt but we had to pack what we could and gtfo, and I remember us sitting around the living room of the new house and watching it to just distract ourselves just a little. I've rewatched it a few times when life gets to life-y and it helps
