Get a new hatch hard to modify as it’s metal, for the rest of the issues see if you can link up / collab with someone to 3D scan and design the modifications to 3D print in SLS or another high heat resistant material. Or go for a fully custom 3D printed bumper 😛 shoot me a DM if you want, I modify super/hypercars for a living.

Send the lights back, light kit won’t look as original 2017 up panamera, it’s too much difference in look between your light kit and oem 2017 up panamera. A 971 oem looks more luxury and more valuable when u keep it very oem vs a 971 with Chinese parts.
