@budgetconmigo: UPDATE! After selling $23k of my VTI shares, here’s a look at what I currently hold in my Roth IRA and how I’m building my long term investment portfolio. My Roth IRA portfolio is very simple, and I’m still learning but investing is not perfect however I’m happy with where it’s at. My Roth IRA holdings include ETFs that give me exposure to the S&P 500, International exposure, high dividend paying companies and 1 stock. Next year I’ll be investing more internationally for sure. But for now I can’t buy anymore. I got VXUS because I had sold another etf a few months ago. Remember, your Roth IRA is an account, not an investment. You still need to choose investments inside the account based on your goals and risk tolerance.
