@dershpiel: Jewish investor Jason Pantzer is expanding his apartment business in New Jersey, where the company he runs with his brother Jordan bought a 232-apartment luxury rental complex for $79 million. The property, previously called Avenue & Green, sits in downtown Woodbridge near the train station and has been renamed The Point Woodbridge. The purchase also includes 10,000 square feet of fully leased retail space, with tenants including Wonder, LeGrand Coffee House and The UPS Store. Built in 2021, the complex has a pool, fitness center, courtyard and covered parking. The deal follows Pantzer’s purchase of 641 apartments in Stamford, Connecticut, in July. Jason and his wife Tricia have also supported Jewish causes and were honored by Jewish Heritage Programs in 2025.
