Your not supposed to soak it your meant to add a little bit of water at a time until it’s LIKE GLUE and then activator but shaving foam also works

u jave to mix the vlay and water so rhe vlay turns to glue and then u activate

You did it wrong you have to soak it and then mix it in with the water until the clay melts and then add activator
