BINGO!! you've solved such a deeep rooted issue I've been struggling with for years may Allah bless you. The "Be thankful and we will increase you" law can't be applied if you're in a constant state of guilt for the blessings you've been given and not mention them at all. He bestowed you with by His will, we NEED to be thankful and mention them. Like genuinelt gratefullness that's felt in the soul. واللہ عالم .

So many people see themselves through the eyes of shaytan- as not enough. Shaytan wants to convince you, you are nothing but Allah SWT has honoured the children of Adam (AS). If shaytan can convince you that you are worthless and life is meaniless, the actions that follow that belief system will be detrimental to you. And what do you supose would give a swarn enemy of mankind (the envious hateful eblese) more joy then to embed these limiting beliefs, and sit back and watch you self distruct?
