On one hand they state these young people don’t deal drugs, organize, nor have any known turfs they “defend” and on the other hand they call them gangs and want to arrest and prosecute them as such. There’s no such thing as Somali gangs, it’s fabricated. Let them present any evidence that identifies these “300” youths as gangs, their organizations, and their illegal activities that require a RICO CHARGE.
