The sprague lentil soup is soooo good too - not as high in protein as the chilli but lots of fiber and low sodium for soup. Love the brand!

Ok hear me out. The chicken strips air fried then you sauce it up in Franks. Then make it in to a grilled cheese with sourdough. So frickin good!
