I was shocked how many people think metal music is right wing. Metallica, Megadeth, Sepultura, Anthrax and ALMOST ALL of them were pro-covil right, pro-ecology and pro-personall freedoms. the fact that some of them became the wealthy 1% and lost touch with reality is sad

Injustice for all was their second album came out in the early 80s. All Metallica said is they are not here to play political games. They’re here to play concerts and music. There’s nothing wrong with that.
